Hi Mrs Vaughter,
I have a question regarding the use of different sized rollers. I bought 0.5mm roller and a 1.5mm stamp to try to treat my acne scars. The only thing is, it is harder than anticipated to treat all the scars with the stamp, since I have uneven texture all over my face (shallow pin-prick scars). The bigger scars are easier to stamp and the roller is probably not deep enough to fix the texture, so I was thinking of incorporating a 1.0mm and/or a 1.5mm roller into my routine.
I have only been needling for a month now, and use the 0.5mm twice a week and the 1.5 every 3 weeks. If I got a 1.0mm roller, could I also use that every 10-14 days while still using the 0.5mm roller every 2 days, or it it really one or the other? I am sorry if I am coming off as impatient, I know this takes time. My concern is that I won't be able to stamp all the scars adequately, which is why I am looking into advice for a deeper roller.
As for the deeper scars, I have also read of some people using 1.5mm roller with the 1.5mm stamp. Would it help to roll with the 1.5mm before concentrating on certain areas with the stamp? Not an intense roll, but just to make sure I don't miss any spots. I like to stamp my whole face in one sessions. I have though skin that does not react too bad. So, doing a full face it not an issue for me.
Thanks for any suggestions. My scars are mostly small pin-prick (don't know if considered true ice pick) and small boxcar. Most are not that deep, they just bother me because they give my skin a rough texture because they are so abundant.
Looking forward to your advice so I can make a new order after the Holidays. Thanks.
