Hey Sarah,
I have been browsing around your forum regarding derma-rolling and am about to purchase a 1.5mm, along with infadolan and ret-A cream, for my stretch marks. I have a few questions that seem to really concern me: first, what are the chances someone actually getting an infection and are the usual infections associated with derma-rollers cause any kind of permanent damage i.e skin eating bacteria, additional scarring and the such? Also, is there a timeframe from the onset of infection to a serious skin condition - basically how long do we have before the infection is full-blown?
I understand that there are multiple types of bacteria and each have different on the human body/skin/epidermis, but I would really appreciate any kind of info. I also, plan on using alcohol to disinfect and Chloramine-T to sterilize after using the derma-roller, but do I have to disinfect/sterilize the roller before every treatment?
Very informative site and I am really grateful for the derma-roller instructions, settled most of my doubts
