Dermarolling / Microneedling / Can I roll with 0.5 mm 3 days after rolling with 1.5 mm?

Hi Sarah,
I just rolled with a 1.5 mm roller and was wondering if 3 days later it is o.k to start rolling again with .5 mm? I did do a search of the forum and only found it o.k with the shallower needles (.2 mm) for product penetration, I just want to make sure ...thanks.
