Sarah, that is sooo helpful.. I never realized I can use a little on eyelids too...I M sure it makes a big difference as I started to have some crepeyness there..and if I can remember, my hands definitely need some too....my skin appears dry and crepey there too.

Really appreciate your answers, I can clearly see my crows feet less noticeable!  I will definitely continue to use Infadolan! I use it every night (once a day).

Hi,

I've had a hunt for this but could not find any information online.

I used to have 2 piercings below my lip, one on each side ("snakebites"). I've attached a pic although it's not a very good one. It's the clearest close up of one of them I could find.

Although I took the piercings out permanently around 8 years ago I still have fairly deep scars. They appear as 'holes' but in actuality have closed up (presumably as much as they are going to). I was hoping they'd continue to improve in appearance over time but unfortunately they have not. Is there any possibility that a method of dermarolling might improve the appearance of them? And if so, what method could I try?

The best solution is, I think, to wait a few days and buy our new, small 12-needled dermastamp.

If you want to limit the length of our new model single needle, you should take a piece of plastic foil with a known thickness and stick it carefully onto the needle. If you cut out a 2 x 2 mm piece of 0.5 mm foil for example and stick it onto the needle, you'll have an 1.3 mm length.

Hi! Im new to the forum!

I recently bought the single needles.
Im planning to use them on some icepicks on my cheeks and nose.
I read your posts about the nose and how itès unpredictable.
I also read your suggestion of how we should approach nose scars which is to prick it 3 times then wait to see if it heals well, then prick 4 times and so on.

I am going to follow your suggestion.
But im wondering, i read that your single needles automatically stops at 1.8mm. Isn't that too long for the nose? Im not sure. But in anycase, how do you "adjust" the stopper so that it will automatically stop at 1mm? or 1.5mm?

How to roll is explained in our instructions (page 18 & 19).

You either move the roller a very small amount to the side and only roll the surface once, or you roll about eight times "randomly".
All you need to be aware of is to make a high prick density, and not to go over the same tracks more than once.

This is the most difficult to explain clearly. I spent hours writing it down and changing it, and I think many people still don't understand.
I am not good at explaining things..

We warn against using Milton's fluid in our instructions (big warning sign on page 28). It contains a very agressive form of Chlorine.

Use our Chloramine T instead. It's perfect. Sterilizes instead of disinfects and is very, very cheap.

If the needles are still sharp, you can still use it. But the tips may have been eroded by the Chlorine. Test it. If it hurts and is hard to get the needles in, the Miltons blunted the needles.

Miltons is for plastic and glass.

Even though "Chloramine" points to Chlorine, there is very little free chlorine in a Chloramine-T solution. Exposure time of half an hour is more than enough to completely kill all organisms and the needles remain unscathed.

Miltons should never be used to disinfect metal instruments with, because it contains agressive free Chlorine.

You can definitely apply it on the eyelids. Apply just a little, there are no heavy layers needed.

Infadolan is also very good for the back of the hands.

You can apply your eye cream and then Infadolan.

Vit. C as well but allow more time for vit. C to be absorbed into the skin before you apply Infadolan.

Hi - I've now ordered the recommended steriliser but I used Milton steriliser (used for baby bottles etc) and my roller - which I've only used once - has what I can only describe as flecks of what looked like dried blood - which it definitely isn't but not sure what it is
Do I bin this roller ? Any suggestions why this happened
