Derma Single Needle Question!

Hi there,

I have a question about using a derma single needle in combination with active ingredients: (to get rid of stretch marks)
When using a 2mm (1.8mm) single needle, how many times can you use this in a week/month?
You can't use it everyday right? Because your skin needs time to heal?

And I read that it was best to apply the active ingredients you are using 3 hours after using a single needle?
But on the other days when your not using your single needle (or dermaroller) do you still apply the active ingredients?
If so; when? Everyday? 3 days a week? once a week? What's best?

And do you have any tips on what kind of active ingredients are best?
I was planning on using active copper, is there something else I should use? (besides disinfecting products)
