Indented Shaving/Acne Scar and Pigmentation Problem w/pics

Hey, I'm new to the forum and really appreciate what you're doing here Mrs. Sarah Vaughter.

I'm a 19 year old male with 2 different cases here. The first is that I have a scar from an incident a couple years ago when I was learning to shave. I assumed I had a wrong technique because always in the same spot there was always a recurring pimple/ingrown hair that just kept worsening everytime pus filled it. But now my teen hormones or whatever was causing it has simmered down and now I'm left with an indented scar along with a couple holes in the surrounding area (from plucking) (hard to see in picture but definitely there). It's not that I totally need the indentation to come back to the surface (that'd be awesome), but I would just like to smooth it out persay because the colour isn't too bad. I shaved my beard which I usually wear to keep it covered to show you.

I have another problem on my chest. Since about 15 I've had constant backne and acne on my chest and when it first stemmed a slightly raised red scar arose right in the middle of my chest and around it with some slight hyperpigmentation (white spots?). Since then, I've had 2 or 3 cortisone injections and now its almost down to skin level still slightly slightly raised but the redness still annoys me. So far I've just been using retin-a and I'd say it's helped a little. What could help with this red spot and surrounding white spots?

So ya, what would be your suggestions? dermastamp/roller? copper peptides etc? I'm new and really needing some advice.

I think there is quite a big likelihood for your scars to improve.

Stamp all your scars densely every three weeks (including the white spots that surround the scar on your chest) with a 1.5 mm dermastamp with 35 needles.

You can perform the pressure massage described in the link below on your raised scar. Do it right after stamping:

Also, try different approaches, for example sometimes apply your A-Ret cream to the scars right after stamping.

Concerning the redness, apply topical non-steroid anti- inflammatory OTC-substances such as Ibuprofen or Diclofenac gels. It may help. Or buy NUROFEN rapid capsules or NAPROXEN capsules and pierce them. They both contain a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory subtance.
