Derma Rolling at home vs. professionally

Hi!

Iam thinking about using 1,00 mm Derma Roller myself instead of paying a professional a lot of money to do the same. I just have two questions:

I had small micro bleedings after the professional treatment with 1.0 mm, which I do not with a 0.5 mm done by myself. Is it necessary for an effective treatment? And will I also get micro bleeding if I use 1.0 mm myself or do i have to use it harder? According to my instructions I am not allow to push hard into the skin. When I got a professional treatment I was treated with red light subsequently is that necessary if you use needless that exceed 0,5 mm?

Thanks in advance!

No, the pinpoint bleeding is not necessary for successful treatment and you may or may not get it with a 1 mm roller. Neither strong pressure, nor red light post treatment is needed.
