Can Dermarolling fix the top layer of the skin?

I bought some Dermarolling products a while back from here and from eBay. I understand that the technique will help return the stretch marks from their silvery white color to a color that is close to the original skin tone and help with depth (that weird thin skin feeling in stretch marks). But does it help with the crinkly skin and raised stretch marks? Those seem to bother me the most.

I have stretch marks on the upper portion of my arms and when I bend my elbows the skin has this raised squiggly look from the stretch marks. So gross....

I currently exfoliate with a scrub glove and have taken a break from Dermarolling but if I started up again would the rollers alleviate this problem? Or should I use an acid peel or microdermabrasion or etc. to flatten the stretch marks on the top of my skin?

Dermrolling improves lost elasticity to a certain extent.

In your case, use a dermaroller to improve lost elasticity and a dermastamp to crush the hardened scar tissue of your stretch marks. Immediately after stamping, apply our 0.1% Tretinoin cream. Tretinoin is not a moisturizer so apply a moisturizer on top of Tretinoin.
