exfoliating everyday while using the dermaroller ?

Hi, im planning on starting to use the dermaroller next week, i will be using the 1.5mm in hope of making my stretch marks less visible, after i will apply c-vitamin serum, i will be rolling once every 3 weeks.

What im wondering is if its a good idea to exfoliate on the stretchmarks daily with a loofah in the shower and after apply a moisturizer ?

From our experience, stretch marks need a combination of a dermaroller and a more targeted dermaneedling instrument (a dermastamp or the single needle).

Do not exfoliate with a loofah, it is unhygienic. Exfoliate with fine salt in the shower.
 
If you get scabs from stamping/needling, do not exfoliate at all until the scabs will fall off naturally. Do not forcefully remove the scabs – it can lead to scarring.
 
Daily exfoliation is too often. Twice or three times a week is more than enough.
 
Do not exfoliate if the skin is still "raw" from rolling or needling.

Thank you, but is another device really necessary ? i have a friend (girl) who a few years after pregnancy started using the 1.5mm roller on her stomach and she had deep white lines, and now they are almost completely invinsible, and they also tan much better than before. She used the roller and some cheap cream with C-vitamin.

It is not really necessary but by adding a more targeted microneedling instrument that costs a mere 15 dollars, you increase the likelihood of significant improvement.

Stretch marks are not "marks" - they are in fact very deep scars.
 
A-Ret is also not strictly necessary. Studies found that A-Ret improved stretch marks therefore I am recommending it:
